ART ASSISTANT | SET DESIGN 

For my hand drafting class, I designed a Queen's chamber set in the 17th century in Western India. The interior follows the Maratha style of architecture that combines various regional and foreign styles. For instance, the latticework screens or jali are accompanied by banana flower arches and murals of Hindu deities. The set decoration includes authentic period furniture and everyday objects.
